The Story Behind the Rebrand

If you’ve been following my journey for a while, you’ve seen my visual identity evolve alongside my career. But as my work has shifted toward high-level brand strategy and leadership, I realized that my visual identity needed to grow up, too.

Today, I’m excited to pull back the curtain on the new look for Mish Bozzetto Brands.

The "Why"

My previous identity was a great starting point: it was loose, personal, and served me well while I was finding my footing in the beginning of my career. However, as I pivot into more strategic roles, I wanted a brand that felt less like a side project and more like a professional signature.

I needed an identity anchored in what I actually do: bridging the gap between high-level strategy and bold, creative execution.

The Logo

The most significant addition to this redesign is the colour bridge.

In digital communications, there are often invisible hurdles – gaps in accessibility or inclusion that keep people from feeling invited into a space. This circular bridge is my visual commitment to closing those gaps. It represents a 360-degree approach to design, ensuring that every digital environment I build is accessible and inclusive.

The Colour Palette

I’ve always been an advocate for authenticity, and for me, that means lots of colour! I wanted to keep a vibrant colour palette, because my quirky vibe isn’t going to be muted to be professional.

By pairing these energetic pastels with a more refined, high-end typeface, my brand now strikes the balance between quirky creative and leadership authority.

It’s sophisticated, and still bold enough to stand out in a sea of AI slop.

Anchored in Values

This rebrand is a meaningful reflection of the values I champion every day:

  • Neurodiversity Advocacy: Designing for how brains actually work.

  • LGBTQ+ Representation: Queer visibility is baked into everything I do.

  • Strategic Excellence: Creating comms work that actually functions.

This new identity is more than just a logo; it’s a promise to keep building digital spaces where everyone belongs. I’m super excited to bring this new energy to my upcoming projects!
